ICX7150-48ZP – Phone down on PoH ports

Posted on 28 Jun, 2018, in Uncategorized

The first 16 ports of the ICX7150-48ZP are PoH. When connecting a phone (model: Grandstream GXP 2140), the phone gets powered, but the port never comes up. Same phone works completely fine if connected to any ports from 17 to 48.

Is any kown Issue with ICX6450 stacking

Posted on 22 Jun, 2018, in Uncategorized

Hi All,I’m using ICX6450-48 port 2-stacked switch in a my local environment, all stack ports are 10G. I have configured stack ports on both switch units in trunk mode (Trunk1: [1/2/1, 1/2/2], Trunk2: [1/2/3, 1/2/4]).  I have observed few link flipping issues on ports 1/2/2 and 1/2/4. In show statistics command, i see some InErrors as well as CRC. I exchanged stack cables even replaced units, but problem still persists. Is there any issue with stacking in ICX6450. I am using firmware 08.0.30.

ICX multiple interfaces to default route

Posted on 07 Jun, 2018, in Uncategorized

3 switch stack. Using 1/2/1 2/2/1 3/2/1 SFPs as uplinks to firewall. Trying to figure out best way or any way to get all my internet traffic out to any of those ports. I can map a single destination network to mult int’s and the switch can do a little load balancing RR, but I cannot map the default route to multiple interfaces. tried moving them to vlan and using ve but cannot route default route to ve int. So does anyone have any suggestions on how to configure the default route to be available via three uplink ports? This is all on one stack. If one of those interfaces went down, I want internet traffic still routing out.
